How To Apply

The retreat is a journey that requires commitment to preparation before and integration afterwards. We want to ensure it’s the right fit for you.

To reserve your spot in an upcoming retreat, please follow the steps below.

Once you are approved, you will receive a link to register for your retreat.

Reminder: Participation in ayahuasca ceremonies during Inekawa retreats requires membership with the Inekawa Conscious Awakening Center. Please go to inekawaconsciousawakeningcenter.org/membership for membership details.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy:
Full payment or a 50% deposit for retreats and events is required upon registration. Your spot is not secured until payment is received. All remaining balances are due no later than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the retreat start date. If full payment is not received by this deadline, your spot may be released and your deposit forfeited.

Cancellation Policy:

  • No refunds or discounts will be provided for late arrivals, early departures, flight cancellations, travel delays, or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply without exception. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as injury or family emergencies, may arise, we incur costs when reserving retreat spaces, which prevents us from offering refunds. We’ve designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in case your plans change.

If You Cancel the Retreat:

  • 14 days or more prior to the retreat start date: 100% of your payment will be credited toward a future retreat scheduled within 12 months. If not rescheduled within this time frame, the credit will be forfeited.

  • 8-13 days prior to the retreat start date: 50% of your payment will be credited toward a future retreat scheduled within 12 months. The remaining 50% will be forfeited.

  • 7 days or less prior to the retreat start date, or failure to attend without notice: No credits or rescheduling will be provided. 100% of your payment will be forfeited.

If We Cancel the Retreat:
If Inekawa Foundation cancels the retreat, a full refund will be issued for payments received. Additional costs, such as transportation, are your responsibility. Should a force majeure event occur (e.g., natural disaster, political upheaval), refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued at Inekawa Foundation’s discretion, potentially as credit for a future retreat.

To cancel, please email us at info@inekawa.org and confirm via phone at (321) 481-8288.

*NOTE: Fees presented and payable pertain solely to Services and Offerings and will not include the cost of any plant-medicines or similar products which may be provided, offered, or distributed in connection with Services or Offerings.
